The Cintrifuse crew is growing in 2017 – this time through the marketing department.
We’re proud to welcome Bjorn Simmons and Henry Molski to our Union Hall headquarters where they’ll sync up with the rest of our small-but-mighty team. Together, we’re strengthening Cintrifuse’s and StartupCincy’s already vibrant voices and engagement in the Greater Cincinnati region.
Bjorn “BK” Simmons joins the squad as StartupCincy Community Catalyst – specifically focused on collaborating with and amplifying the excitement of the entrepreneurial community. Bjorn will be a part of the grand mission to bring national attention to our region by quantifying the collective efforts of StartupCincy, curating events and experiences that will position our tech-based economy as the premier startup destination in the Midwest. Bjorn is no stranger to Union Hall. He’s a graduate of The Brandery (2015), where he was a part of the team that founded and launched Wzyerr – an artificial intelligence solution for market research that makes surveys fun, fast and easy like a game.
Before coming to Cincinnati, Bjorn and his team at Wyzerr made stops in New York and California before finding their ultimate home just across the river in Covington. Bjorn’s passion for ecosystem building stems from years of experience in politics, where he was a Chief of Staff and Special Projects Director for the Georgia House of Representatives in Atlanta. It’s exciting to welcome BK to the “other side” of the startup world where he will now take the role of a bridge-builder between entrepreneurs and the abundant resources in our community.
Henry Molski joins as a Marketing Manager for Cintrifuse. Henry will further develop a narrative for the (already successful) story at Cintrifuse through local and national media partners as well as managing digital marketing efforts. Henry comes to Cintrifuse after his time as a Marketing Manager at Tempoe – a partner of Axcess Financial in Cincinnati – where he managed their main account with Sears. Before marketing, Henry was a breaking news and a storytelling reporter at The Cincinnati Enquirer and its Gannett-sister publication, The Arizona Republic.
Henry is eager to bring his mixed talents as a marketer and a “newsie” to an organization embedded into the entrepreneurial scene of his hometown. His primary focus will be propagating the digital, social and content-focused efforts of the Cintrifuse brands.
It’s inspiring to broaden our influence and step on the gas by adding more hands to our team. Our mission is ambitious and achievable only through hard work and collaboration – we’re just getting started.
