We're Growing – Cintrifuse Has New Team Members!

We have four new faces at Cintrifuse! Naashom Marx, Alexandra Kesman, Kellie Kuzmuk and Laura Hughes all recently joined our team. Please help us in welcoming them to #StartupCincy!

naashom-marx-headshotNaashom Marx is our new Director of Customer Connections. Her adventurous ways first took her across the US to the top of the Grand Teton and over to Regis University in Denver where she received a BA in Liberal Arts. As a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, Naashom served in Bangladesh from 2003-2005. She received her Master’s in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati and, as a Peace Corps Fellow, worked for NGO’s in Bangladesh and Uganda to bridge gaps between the non-profit, entrepreneurial, and for-profit worlds. More recently, she served as Director for the Kentucky Innovation Network Program, the Business Development Manager for the City of Covington and the Vice President of Business Growth and International Trade at the NKY Chamber of Commerce before joining Cintrifuse.

alexandra-kessman-headshotAlexandra recently became the Director of Operations for Cintrifuse. Previously, Alexandra was the Managing Director of the Know Theater in Cincinnati and The Cincinnati Fringe Festival and recently was the Communications Assistant for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Alexandra also served as the Producing Director of the Improv Festival in Cincinnati and, as a member of the May Festival Chorus, sings year-round with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.

kellie-kuzmuk-headshotKellie Kuzmuk joined as our Program Manager. She is new to Cincinnati, having moved from Nashville and is eager to join the thriving startup ecosystem in Cincinnati. She completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Vanderbilt University and previously worked in higher education as an Admissions Counselor at Vanderbilt, where she managed recruitment and student advocacy domestically and internationally. She is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and thrilled to be a part of Cintrifuse’s mission to turn Cincinnati into the premier startup destination for the Midwest.

laura-hughes-headshotLaura Hughes comes to Cintrifuse from Four Entertainment Group where she served as the Private Events Coordinator. As the Operations & Events Coordinator, she manages the process of booking Cintrifuse’s conference rooms and event spaces from inquiry and intake to execution and accommodation, ensuring each space is fully equipped to meet the needs of its users and aesthetically maintained so that Union Hall’s appearance reflects the passion of its employees and the companies with which we work.
