Cintrifuse today announced the appointment of Procter & Gamble’s (NYSE: PG) Senior Vice President, Valarie Sheppard, as its board chairman. Sheppard is Senior Vice President, Comptroller and Treasurer at Procter and Gamble.
Sheppard, who joined P&G in 1986 and has worked in North America, Asia and Europe, is the Company’s Comptroller and Treasurer and assumes the board chair at Cintrifuse from Bob McDonald who stepped down following his appointment as U.S. Secretary of Veteran Affairs. She has served on the board of concierge healthcare business, MDVIP, and was board chair of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
